By using Jarvis you acknowledge that digital-asset trading involves substantial risk of loss, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that Jarvis Capital Systems is a software provider — not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian. You retain full custody of your assets and full responsibility for capital deployed under the platform's instruction.
The platform fee is disclosed on request and billed in advance via Stripe at the agreed rate. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell access to the platform. API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely to execute trades on your behalf.
